• He initiated & formed a Trust in 1971 with an objective to give back to the society.

• Mithila Motors has been running this Trust under the name of Gopal Krishna Seva Trust since 1971.

• Gopal Krishna Seva Trust won President’s Award for support of Applied Nutrition Programme in 1972

• Gopal Krishna Seva Trust does not accept donations from any other sources but only supported by Mithila Motors.

• Gopal Krishna Seva Trust has adopted over 53 villages in & around Jamshedpur with support in medical assistance, camps for Cancer etc in association with Rotatory Club International.

• Mithila Motors were awarded National Award for Best CSR by FADA at the ADEA (Automotive Dealership Excellence Awards) in 2009.

• Mithila Motors through its Trust runs one of the largest Mother & Child Care Programs in the state. Educating pregnant women about nutrition, diet & basic health care.

• Mithila Motors is engaged with Tata Cummins in ensuring training cum job engagement for candidates under Nayi Disha (Rural talent is identified, trained by Cummins & employed by dealership at workshops. Dealership has absorbed the entire batch of first trainees at the all workshop locations.

• Mithila Motors is engaged with Tata Motors, Jamshedpur for CSR activities in areas of creating gainful employment opportunities through skilling of needy youth in Motor Mechanic trade .

• Mithila Motors in association with Tata Motors has identified & rendered scholarships children of drivers customers & technicians – Between class 8 & 10.

• Mithila Motors is associated with Rotary Club International – Have donated an Ambulance to visit villages twice a week to take doctors & refer ailing patients to Tata Main Hospital, Jamshedpur.

• Mithila Motors have donated Rs. 5 lacs to Tata Medical Center for capex into adding additional beds to Cancer patients.
